Five Statuses, Complete Control

Every job moves through a clear lifecycle. Control visibility and application flow at every stage.

  1. Draft — Build your job privately. Configure the application form, design the job page, and set up automations before anyone sees it. Take as long as you need, drafts have no expiration.
  2. Open — Publish the job and start accepting applications. Your job page goes live, short codes activate for sharing, and candidates can apply immediately.
  3. Paused — Temporarily stop accepting applications without taking the page down. Useful when you need to catch up on screening or put hiring on hold for budget reasons.
  4. Closed — The role has been filled. Close the job to stop new applications and update the job page to reflect the position is no longer available.
  5. Archived — Move completed or cancelled jobs to the archive. All candidate data, form configurations, and page designs are preserved for future reference or cloning.

Custom Application Forms, Drag & Drop

Build the Exact Form You Need

Every role is different, and your application form should reflect that. The drag-and-drop form builder lets you create custom application forms with text fields, dropdowns, file uploads, checkboxes, multi-select options, and more.

Each job can have its own unique form. A design role might ask for a portfolio link and design challenge response, while an engineering role asks for GitHub profile and coding assessment preference. No compromise, no one-size-fits-all forms.

Form responses appear directly in the applicant profile panel, so your team never needs to switch tools to review answers.

Visual Job Page Editor

Build beautiful, branded job pages without writing code. Block-based layout for maximum flexibility.

  • Header Block — Add a job title, company logo, location, and employment type in a structured header block. Set the visual hierarchy candidates see first when they land on your job page.
  • Text & Rich Content — Add formatted text blocks for job descriptions, requirements, benefits, and team culture sections. Full rich-text editing with headings, lists, bold, and links.
  • Media Blocks — Embed videos, add images, and showcase your workspace or team. Video blocks support YouTube, Vimeo, and direct uploads for office tours or team introductions.
  • Application Form Block — Place the application form anywhere on the page. Position it after the job description, after a benefits section, or create a dedicated application section. The form block renders your custom drag-drop form inline.
  • Theme Configuration — Set custom colors and branding per job. Match your company identity with custom primary colors, background styles, and logo placement. Each job can have a unique visual identity or share a company-wide theme.

Templates & Short Codes

  • Job Templates — Save any job configuration, form fields, page layout, theme settings, pipeline stages, as a reusable template. When you need to open a new role, select a template and customize only what has changed. Go from idea to published job in under two minutes.
  • Auto-Generated Short Codes — Every published job gets a unique, shareable short code URL. Share on social media, paste in Slack channels, add to email signatures, or embed in your careers page. Short codes track source attribution automatically.
